Tracking: Email Manager from CMA

CMA Email ManagerOnce a user has tagged an email message with a case #, customer name, employee #, document type, or other appropriate field, the entire thread will then be tracked. Other employees receiving the email within your organization will receive the email with the tags already applied. When someone outside the company network replies to an email which has already been tagged, the inbound message will retain the previous indexing from the thread.

Email Manager tracks the entire thread such that tagging an email, attachment, or thread only happens one time. The following messages sent and received will automatically maintain the tags. If users determine a particular message should not be archived, they simply deselect the archive option for a particular message. Subsequent messages can still be archived by re-selecting the archive option.
